The processing of your personal data by Bot360 is carried out according to the principles of accountability, lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation and storage limitation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality, in accordance with the legislative provisions of the applicable Regulation and the confidentiality obligations therein provided.

Bot360 with registered office at 00187, (hereinafter briefly Bot360), for the purposes specified below, related to the provision of its services, and to forwarding requests for information and contact through its website and for the operation of said website (hereinafter referred to as “Site”), processes your personal data acquired during the execution of the Services and/or while browsing this website, as Data Controller.
The data controller determines the purposes à and the means of processing personal data.

Data retention

Bot360 will process your personal data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes detailed and indicated in point 3 for a limited period of time, which varies depending on the type of activity involving the processing of personal data. Once this period has expired, your data will be permanently deleted or otherwise rendered irreversibly anonymous.

The data collected to conclude and execute contracts will be kept for ten years from the date of contract conclusion.
The billing data will be kept for ten years from the billing date.
Your data as a registered User, entered by you at the time of registration on the site, will be kept until the deletion of the profile is requested.
The data communicated by you to Bot360 using the forms will be kept until a request for deletion is made.
Any attachments and the data contained therein will be kept for 12 months from receipt;
The data provided to you for commercial communication activities and/or sending newsletters will be kept until the user requests the interruption of the activity and/or requests to unsubscribe from the service or in any case until you ask us to stop sending.

The rights of the data subject

Within the limits of applicable regulations, as a data subject regarding the processing of your personal data, processed through the site of Bot360 you can exercise at any time the following rights: -the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data and, in that case, to obtain access to and a copy of such data. Changes

This Privacy Policy is effective from May 25, 2018. Bot360 reserves the right to modify or simply update its content, in whole or in part, also due to changes in applicable regulations. Bot360 will inform about such changes as soon as they are introduced and they will be binding as soon as published on the Site. In any case, any changes made over time to this policy will be duly published in a dedicated section of this Site.
