We invite you to carefully read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before downloading, installing or using our software.

By using Bot360, you fully accept these Terms. If you do not intend to accept them, please do not proceed with the download or use of the software.

Definitions

• Software: It refers to Bot360, including the executable file (.exe) for Windows, any future updates, documentation, and related files.

• User: Any natural or legal person who downloads, installs, or uses Bot360.

• MT5: MetaTrader 5, trading platform supported by the Software.

• Website: Official pages and domains related to Bot360.

License of Use

Bot360 gives you a personal license, non-exclusive, revocable e non transferable for the use of the Software solely for the purpose of automating the execution of trading signals on MT5.

It is not allowed:

• Modify, copy, distribute, sell or resell Bot360;

• Using Bot360 for illegal purposes or in violation of current regulations;

• Perform reverse engineering activities, decompilation or attempts to extract source code.

Software Functionality

Bot360 allows:

• The real-time reception of signals from the Telegram channels specified by the User;

• The automatic opening of positions;

• The automatic setting of Take Profit and Stop Loss;

• Automatic recognition of commands such as closing trades, breakeven, partialization, and trailing stop through artificial intelligence;

• Performance monitoring through integrated reporting and statistics.

Important: Bot360 does not provide its own trading signals nor financial advice.

The Software automates execution based solely on the content received from the User's Telegram channels.

Technical Requirements

To use Bot360 è necessary:

• A computer with Windows operating system;

• An active license;

• Access to authorized Telegram channels.

Limitations of Liability

Bot360 è fornito as it is e as available without express or implied warranty.

The developers of Bot360 will not be responsible for:

• Financial losses or damages arising from the use or malfunction of the Software;

• Errors in the reception, interpretation, or execution of Telegram signals;

• Service interruptions caused by MT5 updates, changes in Telegram systems, or other external events;

• Incorrect trading decisions based on automatic signals or incorrect settings by the user.

Use at your own risk.

The User expressly agrees to be solely responsible for their trading operations.

Software Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Add, modify or remove features;

• Perform mandatory updates;

• Temporarily or permanently suspend the service without notice.

Suspension or Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke a User's license in case of violation of these Terms or improper use of the Software.

Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically.

The User will be informed through our official site or via email.

The continued use of the Software after such changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
